摘要
在信息产业快速发展的时代,谁掌握了信息谁就越接近成功。本文通过调查医教研综合性医院医生信息能力现状并进行有效分析,总结医生信息能力与信息需求不匹配,现行医院信息建设管理中信息服务与信息需求不匹配等问题存在原因,提出制定有效的信息能力培养规划的建议,对医教研综合性医院管理工作具有重要意义。
In the age of quick development of IT industry, anyone who can master the information is close to success. The paper will investigate the doctor’s comprehensive ability in information skills and analysis the condition effectively. From that, the paper will concluded that the imbalance between doctor’s information ability and their needs for information, and the reason why it is mismatching between information service and demand. At last, the paper will offer some effective plans to develop the information ability, which is meaningful to the management of general hospital.
