不同生理磁共振成像技术在早期膝骨关节炎诊断中的应用进展 被引量:12

摘要 软骨病变对骨关节炎的发生发展起着重要作用。生理磁共振成像技术具有较高的组织对比度,能够较好地反映软骨的生化、代谢及退变过程,对膝骨关节炎的早期诊断具有较高的应用价值。本文就T2映射、T2*映射、自旋锁定成像、软骨磁共振延迟增强扫描、钠成像、弥散加权成像、扩散张量成像及化学交换饱和传递成像等生理磁共振成像技术在早期膝骨关节炎诊断中的应用进展进行了综述。
