新常态下高校图书馆馆员心理健康问题探析

Analysis of the Psychological Health of University Librarians under the New Normal Age

新常态下高校图书馆工作迎来了新的发展机遇,同时也面临着严峻的挑战。馆员作为图书馆转型和创新的关键因素,其心理健康问题已显得较为突出,很大程度上影响了图书馆事业的健康发展。文章透过现象找出问题原因,探析通过图书馆制度建设、人本管理和馆员职业生涯规划来预防和缓解馆员心理健康问题,实现图书馆和馆员两者共同发展的目标。

Under the new normal age, the university library is faced with new opportunities for development and serious challenges. The librarian is the key factor of the transformation and innovation, and librarian＇s psychological health has become a prominent problem, which seriously affected the healthy development of libraries. This article, to find out the cause of the problem through the phenomenon, analyzes by the library system construction, the human-oriented management and librarian career planning to prevent and alleviate the librarian＇s psychological health problems, to realize the common development of both library and librarian.
