为了保证浆体管道输运中故障停泵后带浆再启动安全运行,开发了基于智能识别的带浆再启动切换控制系统。给出了基于智能识别的切换控制器结构与实现。采用基于支持向量机的混合多分类识别方法,实现带浆停泵再启动输送的状态的识别与诊断。选择四种不同的控制模块及其组合获得启动调节增量值,同时采用自动变增量与变步长的控制算法,得到阶梯式输出控制量。通过在复杂地形矿浆管道输送工艺试验平台上,反复进行模拟长距离浆体管道带浆停泵后再启动试验。验证了基于智能识别的切换控制技术,能及时准确识别出运行过程中的各种状态。实现了可靠准确的带浆停泵再启动自动控制。

To ensure the safe operation of slurry transportation in the case of restarting due to malfunction,the slur-ry pump switching control system based on intelligent identification is developed.The structure and realization of the switching controller based on intelligent identification is proposed.The mixed multi-category identification meth-od based on support vector machine is adopted.The identification and diagnosis of system status upon slurry pump restarting and stopping is realized.Four different control modules as well as their combinations are selected,and start adjustment increment value is obtained.Step output control value based on automatic variable increment and variable step size is obtained.On the experimental platform of slurry transportation in complex terrain,repeated simulations of long distance slurry pipeline restarting with repeated test are conducted to test the switching control technology based on intelligent identification.The results show that the proposed switching control technology can accurately identify the various system statuses during the operation and achieve reliable automatic control of restar-ting with slurry pump.
