摘要
本文介绍了一种行波管发射机栅偏压电源的设计,并论述了其工作原理。该电源基于PWM控制芯片SG1525,在传统不对称半桥电路的基础上做了一些改进。文中对功率变压器、控制电路和基于脉冲变压器隔离的驱动电路分别进行了详细设计,并设计了电压保护电路。实验结果验证了设计的有效性和该偏压电源的高可靠性。
A grid pulse power supply for travelling wave tube amplifier transmitters was designed and the work principle was discussed. The power supply was mainly based on the control chip SG1525 of PWM and some improvements were made on traditional asymmetrical half-bridge (AHB). The power transformer, the control circuit, the drive circuit based on pulse transformer isolation, and the protect circuit were designed. The experiment results validated the practicability of the design and the high reliability of the power supply.
