光电编码器在方向盘转角传感器上的应用

摘要 本文给出了一种基于光电编码器的方向盘转角传感器的实现方案,设计出了传感器的主控制器、编码器接口、汽车车载网络接口等硬件电路,同时也给出了传感器的软件设计思路。该传感器是依靠光电编码将汽车方向盘的转动角度转化成数字信号,传感器再通过汽车车载网络接口将角度值发送至其它需要转角值的模块。 In this paper, a steering wheel angle sensor based on photoelectric encoder is proposed. The hardware circuits of sensor including the main controller, the interface of the encoder, the vehicle network interface are designed, and the software design idea of the sensor is also given. When the sensor works, the turning angle of the automobile steering wheel is firstly converted into digital signal by photoelectric encoder, and then the converted signal of angle value is transmitted to other modules via vehicle network interface.
