产权问题不仅是当前我国农村土地制度改革的重点,更是"三农"问题的重点。在社会主义市场经济条件下,我国农村土地制度的改革需要借鉴马克思土地产权理论。本文主要介绍了马克思土地产权理论,分析了我国农村土地制度存在的问题,详细说明了马克思的土地产权理论对我国农村土地制度改革的启示。

Property Rights is not only the key to the rural land system reform, but also the focus of the “three rural issues”. Under the condition of socialist market economy, China’s rural land system reform needs to draw lessons from Marx’s theory of land property rights. This paper mainly introduces Marx’s theory of land property rights, analyzes the problem of rural land system in our country, details the enlightenments of Marx’s theory of land property rights on rural land system reform in China.
