A New Technology of Manufacturing Heavy Soda with Low Salt

文章结合氨碱法、联碱法、烧碱碳化法、天然碱一水碱法生产纯碱各自的优点提出一种结合鸿化产品构成特点的低盐重质纯碱的生产方法,以希望从原料结构调整、节约投资、提高产品质量和环保的角度来满足鸿化对纯碱产品的要求。

This paper, combining the merits of ammonia-soda process, combined-soda process, caustic-soda carbonization method and trona monohydrate process in the process of making sodium carbonate, presents a method of production which combines the constitutional features of Honghua products to manufacture heavy soda with low salt. It is hoped that it can satisfy the requirements of sodium carbonate products in Honghua from the perspectives of structural adjustment of raw material, economizing expenditure, enhancing the quality of production and environmental friendly.
