摘要
采用氟离子选择电极法与蒸馏法测定磷酸氢钙生产时一段中和液中的磷氟比,研究导致两种测氟分析方法产生较大偏差的原因,认为主要是由于一段中和脱氟液中悬浮极细的氟化钙,导致氟离子选择电极法测定氟含量产生偏低的误差。并研究通过试样加入高氯酸处理后,用氟离子选择电极法快速测量氟含量的方法,实验证明该方法可行。
Using fluorine ion selective electrode method and distillation method to measure phosphorus fluorine ratio of a length of neutralize liquid in the production of calcium hydrogen phosphate, this paper researches the reasons why there are deviations by using these two different testing fluorine methods. It can be seen that the suspended impalpable calcium fluoride in a length of neutralize defluorinated liquid causes the deviation of lower fluorine content by using fluorine ion selective electrode method. This paper, by adding perchloric acid in samples, uses fluorine ion selective electrode method to test fluorine content, and finally the feasibility has been obtained.
