摘要
利用密炼机对发泡EVA进行力学机械解交联,采用矿渣粉和硬脂酸表面处理矿渣粉对解交联EVA进行填充改性。填充矿渣粉后,解交联EVA的冲击强度由48k J/m2提高到76k J/m2,弹性模量由9.5MPa提高到20.7MPa;硬脂酸能够改善矿渣粉的填充效果,进一步提高解交联EVA的冲击强度和弹性模量。
EVA foam material was decrosslinked by mechanical mixer mechanics and modified by slag powder. After filling slag powder, impact strength of decrosslinked EVA increased from 48k J/m2 to 83k J/m2, and the elastic modulus increased from 9.5MPa to 33.6MPa.Stearic acid can improve the filling effect of slag powder, and improve the tensile strength and elongation at break of slag powder filling decrosslinking EVA.
