摘要
由于老年人常伴有多种疾病及多器官的变化,且常服用多种药物,导致其接受抗栓治疗时发生出血性和缺血性事件的风险增加,但目前尚无更多针对老年人抗栓治疗的指南推荐。基于老年人群的特殊性,2015年7月,欧洲心脏病学会(ESC)血栓工作组发布了《老年人抗栓治疗专家意见书》,本文就该意见书进行阐述和解读,旨在为临床工作提供参考。
The elderly suffered from a variety of diseases are usually taking several medicines. However, it may cause the risks of elderly hemorrhagic and ischemic increase during antithrombotic therapy. So far, there are not much guidelines on elderly antithrombotic therapy. Based on elderly particularity, the European Society of Cardiology （ESC） Working Group on Thrombosis released the ＇antithrombotic therapy in the elderly： expert position paper of the European Society of Cardiology Working Group on Thrombosis＇ in July 2015. This review expounds this expert position paper and provides a clinical work reference.
