摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种神经退行性疾病,临床主要以对症治疗为主。无创或微创的生物标志物为该病症早期诊断的关键,临床需易采集且灵敏度及特异度高的非侵入性生物标志物。AD7c-NTP蛋白的异常表达是AD神经变性的早期表现,且脑脊液及尿液样本AD7c-NTP对诊断轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)具有较高的敏感度和特异度。本文综述尿液AD7c-NTP水平在AD及MCI诊断中的研究进展。
Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） is a neurodegenerative disease, which still mainly relies on symptomatic treatment. To find some easy acquisition, high sensitivity, high specificity and noninvasive or minimally invasive biomarkers of early diagnosis is very important. Alzheimer-associated neuronal thread protein （AD7c-NTP） abnormal expression is the early events of AD degeneration, and the cerebrospinal fluid and urine AD7c-NTP are used for mild cognitive impairment （MCI） diagnosis with higher sensitivity and specificity.
