基于SWOT的电子商务产业集群发展战略研究——以福建省为例

Research on the Development Strategy of E-commerce Industry Cluster in Fujian Province Based on SWOT Analysis

电子商务产业集群的发展不仅能给一个地区的经济做出巨大贡献,也是科技产业发展的直观体现。根据福建省发展电子商务产业集群的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁;提出了福建省电子商务产业集群应该制定建立功能完善的电子商务产业园、合理定位、建立人才培养机制、大力培育电子商务龙头企业等四个方面的发展战略。

The development of electronic commerce industry cluster not only makes great contribution to the economy of an area, but also is an intuitionistic reflection of science and technology industry development. This paper first analyzes the Fujian province development of e-commerce industry cluster advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and throats; it proposes the electronic commerce industry cluster in Fujian province should establish e-commerce Industrial Park, improve the function of positioning, the establishment of reasonable personnel training mechanism, and make great efforts to cultivate leading enterprises such as e-commerce development strategy in four aspects.
