Chinese ＂的＂ is divided into three units by ZHU De -xi,which differs from the language sense of chinese community. It belongs to the identity problem which Chinese ＂的＂ is one or three. Langue value theory of Saussure and empty category theory remoulded can provide theoretical basis for the problems to an- alyze the identity problem about Chinese ＂的＂ and to rise language sense to language scientific reasoning. Using the inductive method, the three units about Chinese ＂的 ＂divided by ZHU De -xi only belong to one unit in fact, and the unit＂的 ＂can be seen as a gammatical mark of modified and limit function.
