摘要
探索美国能源部资助产出的三螺旋创新网络结构与特征,有助于把握美国能源产业的创新发展模式,对推动我国能源产业的创新发展,具有重要的借鉴意义。选择美国能源部资助产出的SCI论文为数据样本,通过综合运用多种国际前沿科研软件,对样本数据进行了不同层次的分析与提炼,绘制了美国能源部资助产出论文的整体三螺旋创新网络和产业(公司)的三螺旋创新子网络。揭示了代表政府的国家实验室在三螺旋创新网络中发挥着重要的地位和作用;大学成为三螺旋创新网络中最广泛的主体;产业与政府和大学之间形成了较好的三螺旋创新网络。
Exploring the triple helix innovative network of output funded by DOE will help us understand the innovation model of energy industry of United States,and it is of great significant for our decision-making of energy industry development. Based on SCI articles funded by DOE,we integrated multiple frontier softwares and drew the whole triple helix innovation network and sub-network. Results show that national labs representing American government play an important role in the triple helix network; universities are the common innovators; and industries have a good innovative network with government and universities.
