糖肝康对糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠血清GSH、GSH-Px表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察以健脾益气、调肝解毒、活血为治法组方的糖肝康对糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠血清GSH、GSH-Px表达的影响。方法:50只大鼠随机分为正常对照组10只,余40只采用高脂高糖饮食+链脲佐菌素复制糖尿病脂肪肝大鼠模型。模型制作成功后,随机分为模型组,阳性对照组,糖肝康小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组。药物干预12周后,观察糖肝康对糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血清中GSH、GSH-Px表达的影响。结果:糖肝康可升高糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠GSH、GSH-Px水平。结论:糖肝康可能通过改善GSH、GSH-Px活力的表达,防止过氧化作用而保护肝细胞。文献引用:钱秋海,钱卫斌,蔡欣蕊,等.糖肝康对糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠血清GSH、GSH-Px表达的影响[J].中医学报,2016,31(4):499-501,505. Objective:To observe the effect on the elisa expression of GSH、GSH- Px of Tanggankang which was mainly based on invigorating the spleen and kidney,detoxification and vigoration of blood circulation on liver of diabetic fatty liver rat model. Methods:Rat model were made with STZ and high fat and sugar. After 12 weeks of drug intervention,observe the expression of GSH,GSH- Px. Results:Tanggankang could not only effectively lower the blood glucose and lipid levels,but also increase the expression of GSH,GSH- Px of diabetic fatty liver rat model. Conclusion:Tanggankang plays an active role in glucose and lipid metabolism by affecting the expression of GSH、GSH- Px.
