糖肝康对糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠血清GSH、GSH-Px表达的影响

The Effect of Tanggankang on the Elisa Expression of GSH,GSH-Px in Diabetes Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Rats Model

目的:观察以健脾益气、调肝解毒、活血为治法组方的糖肝康对糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠血清GSH、GSH-Px表达的影响。方法:50只大鼠随机分为正常对照组10只,余40只采用高脂高糖饮食+链脲佐菌素复制糖尿病脂肪肝大鼠模型。模型制作成功后,随机分为模型组,阳性对照组,糖肝康小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组。药物干预12周后,观察糖肝康对糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血清中GSH、GSH-Px表达的影响。结果:糖肝康可升高糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠GSH、GSH-Px水平。结论:糖肝康可能通过改善GSH、GSH-Px活力的表达,防止过氧化作用而保护肝细胞。文献引用:钱秋海,钱卫斌,蔡欣蕊,等.糖肝康对糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠血清GSH、GSH-Px表达的影响[J].中医学报,2016,31(4):499-501,505.

Objective：To observe the effect on the elisa expression of GSH、GSH- Px of Tanggankang which was mainly based on invigorating the spleen and kidney,detoxification and vigoration of blood circulation on liver of diabetic fatty liver rat model. Methods：Rat model were made with STZ and high fat and sugar. After 12 weeks of drug intervention,observe the expression of GSH,GSH- Px. Results：Tanggankang could not only effectively lower the blood glucose and lipid levels,but also increase the expression of GSH,GSH- Px of diabetic fatty liver rat model. Conclusion：Tanggankang plays an active role in glucose and lipid metabolism by affecting the expression of GSH、GSH- Px.
