基于古代文献论“燥”与痉病的相关性

Discussion on the Correlation between "Dryness" and Convulsive Disease Based on Ancient Literature Research

采用《中华医典》收集所有古籍中"痉病"相关条文,运用Microsoft Office Excel 2007建立数据库后,将条文来源按出处朝代分类,展现历代医家对痉病病机的认识,并探讨"燥"与痉病发病的相关性。本研究基于文本数据挖掘的方法,将历代医家所著医书中对痉病的认识理论全面呈现出来,系统分析、总结归纳各个时期医家对痉病的观点。本研究是针对历代医家对痉病病机特点的认识过程,进行全面剖析,并探讨了"燥"与痉病之间的关系,发现并且同意有关医家的观点,即"燥之属痉",并进行较为全面阐释,以供医者或学者参考。同时,基于制修定循证性中医临床诊疗指南研制工作,结合目前制定中医临床实践指南现状,本研究将重点研究痉病古代文献,以期挖掘辨治痉病的中医理论内涵,力求研制出理论性和适用性均强的指南,以指导临床治疗。

Collecting related clause of the literature about convulsive disease in The Chinese Medical,we builded database by Microsoft Office Excel 2007. Then the ancient representative book paper were classified according to the dynasty,and the understanding of many doctors in generations for convulsive disease was showed. Also this paper will discuss the correlation between dryness and convulsive disease. based on data mining and text mining,this study comprehensively presented ancient convulsive disease cognition theory in medical books wrote by physicians,and then analyst in system,summarized the physicians’ point of convulsive disease point in different periods. This study aimed at pathological characteristics of convulsive disease from the angle of ancient physicians’ cognitive process oin different periods,which were to analysis comprehensively. And then we analyzed the correlation between dryness and convulsive disease by finding the agreement with physicians in different periods whose point was convulsive disease is related to dryness closely. At the same time,based on Development Work of Revise Evidence-Based TCM Clinical Guide,combined with the guidelines of TCM clinical practice in current,this study will focus on convulsive disease in ancient literature,which will mine the inner meaning of the treatment with convulsive according to syndrome differentiation disease in TCM and strove to research a guideline to guide clinic,which was better in theory and practice.
