摘要
目的:优选热熔压敏胶型消炎镇痛膏的制备工艺。方法:以骨架材料,软化剂,填充剂的用量为考察因素,以樟脑,薄荷脑,冰片的6 h释放率和黏附性为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验方法,优化热熔压敏胶型消炎镇痛膏基质处方。结果:最佳制备工艺为SIS1161用量1 500 g,液体石蜡300 g,氧化锌900 g,松香甘油酯1 800 g,经测试药物释放良好。结论:消炎镇痛膏药物对基质物理性能影响较大,在不同基质处方中樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片释放率有差异,可以作为消炎镇痛膏制备工艺的控制指标。
Objective:To prepare and evaluate based prescription HMPSA preferred type of Xiaoyan Zhentong ointment with the drug release rate. Methods:Amounts of frame materials,softeners,filler were selected as study factors,the 6h release rate of borneol,camphor,menthol and adhesion were selected as evaluation,using L9(34) orthogonal test to optimize HMPSA matrix formulation of Xiaoyan Zhentong ointment. Results:The best preparation process for the SIS1161 dosage of 1 500 g,liquid paraffin 300 g,zinc oxide 900 g,rosin glycerin ester 1 800 g,the drug release is good through test. Conclusion:It is great influence of drugs on the physical properties of Xiaoyan Zhentong ointment substrate,camphor,menthol,borneol release rates vary in different matrix formulation can be used as control target of Xiaoyan Zhentong ointment preparation process.
