中西医结合治疗难治性慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis in Patients with Refractory Chronic Heart Failure by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗难治性慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将60例难治性慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,对照组给予强心、扩张冠状动脉、利尿等基础性治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟益气通脉汤治疗,每日1剂,分两次服。连续治疗14 d后比较患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为96.7%,对照组有效率为83.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者C反应蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、脑尿纳肽指标改善优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后均没有出现明显不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗难治性慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of refractory chronic heart failure Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods：60 cases of refractory of chronic heart failure Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each group. The control group was given basic therapy such as strong heart,crown expansion,diuresis,etc. The observation group was treated with Yiqi Tongmai Tang on the basis of the control group,daily 1 agent,taking two times. After continuous treatment of 14 days,compared the clinical curative effect. Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 96. 7% and the control group was 83. 3%,the difference was statistical significant（ P 〈 0. 05）;In the treatment group C reactive protein,low density lipoprotein and cerebral urinary Na peptide index improvement was better than the control group,two groups compared with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）;After treatment,the patients in the two groups were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion：The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome has significant curative effect,and no significant adverse reactions.
