摘要
儿童的教育仅靠学校单方面的力量是难以完成的,只有学校、家庭密切配合,优势互补,协调一致才能形成一致的教育合力,促进儿童身心健康成长与全面发展。目前我国家校合作存在的问题有:合作内容狭窄、合作水平偏低、缺乏本土化的合作方式、对弱势群体的研究不足。为此,必须唤起家长与学校的合作意识,提高教师、家长的合作能力,加强各部门监督指导,促使家校合作有目的、有计划地开展。
It is difficult to complete children's education by school alone. Only schools and families closely cooperate, can form a consistent approach to promote children's physical and mental development. Our home-school issues exist at present: short of content, lowlevel of cooperation, lack of localization of cooperation and research on vulnerable groups. Therefore, we must arouse the sense of cooperation between parents and schools to improve the cooperation, and strengthen the supervision and guidance of various departments to promote home-school collaborating in a planned way with purpose.
