摘要
从产业集群理论的视角,在国内外学者对产业集群和创业关系的大量研究成果基础上,对莆田1 006家网商创业企业进行问卷调查,构建产业集群对网商创业绩效作用的模型,通过信度检验、因子分析和多元线性回归分析,实证检验产业集群对网商创业绩效的影响。检验结果表明,产业集群规模、产业集群范围、产业集群环境成熟度和产业集群品牌对网商创业绩效均有不同程度的积极的正面影响。地方应从集群实际情况出发,做强产业集群,有效扩大产业集群规模和范围,培育成熟的产业集群环境,建立区域集群品牌,为网商创业创造良好的条件。
From the perspective of the industrial cluster theory, based on a large number of the research on the relationship between industrial clusters and the entrepreneurship from scholars at home and abroad,the questionnaire to the 1 006 network startups from Putian was conducted, and the model of the effect on the industrial cluster to the entrepreneurial performance of the net- work operators was constructed. The influence of the industrial cluster empirically examined on the entrepreneurial performance of the network operators through reliability analysis, factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that there are different degrees of positive influence by the industry cluster size, industry cluster range, environment maturity of the industry cluster, and industry cluster brand to the entrepreneurial performance of the network operators. As a result, starting with the reality of the cluster, the local should strengthen the industry cluster, effectively enlarge the industry size and scope, cultivate the mature industry cluster environment, and build the local cluster brand, to create the better condition for the entrepreneurial network operators.
