摘要
以毛建茶为原料,利用单宁酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶进行酶处理茶叶水提物,提取毛建茶中的可溶性成分,再经二次热水(90℃)提取、过滤、浓缩、干燥等制备工艺,研制出一种毛建速溶茶新产品。这为毛建草野生资源的进一步开发利用开辟了一条新途径。
The soluble constituents of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance tea were extracted twice with hot water of 90℃, after the water extract of tea was treated with tannase, cellulase and pectinase enzyme. Then the tea extract was made into a new instant tea product after further preparation technologies of filtration, concentration and drying. The study opened up a new way for further development and utilization of wild resources of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance.
