核潜艇艇员心电图分析

An analysis on the ECG data of the armymen from nuclear submariners

目的探讨核潜艇艇员与陆勤人员心电图特点、分析其临床意义,为核潜艇艇员卫勤保障提供参考依据。方法选取2014年度在笔者所在疗养院疗养的380名核潜艇艇员与560名陆勤人员心电图进行分析并比较。结果核潜艇艇员心电图异常133例,其中窦性心动过缓62例,左室高电压30例,ST-T、T波改变12例,电轴右偏5例,电轴左偏2例,窦性心动过速4例,束支传导阻滞4例,房室传导阻滞3例,肢导低电压3例,偶发房性期前收缩3例,频发室性期前收缩3例,频发房性期前收缩2例,短P-R综合征1例。因心电图异常体检结论待定的7人,降低体检结论等级的11人。结论核潜艇艇员心电图异常率明显高于陆勤人员,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),心电图异常率随年龄增长而升高。

Objective To investigate ECG characteristics and their clinical significance of armymen from nuclear submariners and land crews,so as to provide a reference of medical support for submarine crew. Methods The ECG data （2014yr.） of 380 nuclear submarine crews and 560 submariners land crews were selected, analyzed and compared. Results Abnormal ECG of submariners was in 133 cases,including 62 cases sinus bradycardia,30 cases left high voltage chamber,ST-T,T wave changes were in 12 cases,right axis deviation in 5 cases,left axis deviation in 2 cases,sinus tachycardia in 4 cases,bundle branch block in 4 cases,atrioventricular block in 3 cases,low vohage limb leads in 3 cases,occasional atrial premature beat in 3 cases,frequent ventricular premature beat in 3 cases,frequent atrial premature beat in 2 cases,short PR syndrome in 1 case. The 7 crew＇s examination conclusions of abnormal ECG have nof been determined, l l crew＇s exam conclusions grale have been reduced,to 0. Conclusion In nuclear submariners the ECG abnormalities are significantly higher than in the land crew,the difference is very significant（P〈0.01）;abnormal ECG rates increase with age.
