摘要 近年来,民营影视公司已成为中国影视产业和影视创作的中流砥柱,在各方面发挥着越来越大的作用。其中数量众多的中小规模民营影视公司虽然规模不太大、实力不太强、品牌也不是很响亮,但仍然在影视产业和影视创作等方面作出了一定的成绩和贡献。在当下市场竞争日趋激烈的情况下,中小规模民营影视公司的生存状况、发展前景及其应对策略,不仅直接关系到这些企业自身的可持续发展,而且也关系到中国影视产业能否健康有序地良性发展,以及影视创作水平能否得以有效提升等问题。中小规模民营影视公司既要准确把握市场需求,努力创建企业品牌,也要注重确保制作作品的艺术品质,努力争取多出精品佳作;既要确立正确的经营理念,不断完善企业的体制机制,也要坚持以创新求发展,以质量求市场的正确方向。只有这样,民营影视公司才能快速发展、做大做强。 In recent years, private companies have become a mainstay in the Chinese film industry and the creation of au-diovisual products, playing an increasingly important role in various aspects of the industry. A great number ofthese small and medium-sized private film companies manage to achieve relative success and make contributions tothe film and TV industry and to video creation, despite their size, their lack of financial strength, and despite being relatively unknown. In the context of a market characterized by fierce competition, the survival conditions, development prospects and strategies of small and mediumsized private film companies are not only directly related tothe sustainable development of the enterprises themselves, but also to the healthy and orderly development of theChinese film and television industry, as well as problems like the ability of the industry to improve its creativestandards. Small and mediumsized private film companies have to interpret correctly the market demands, makean effort to create corporate brands, and ensure the production of works with artistic value, striving to release morehigh quality works. They should also establish a proper business philosophy, constantly improving their own systemsand mechanisms, while continuing to develop through innovation and follow the correct direction of the marketthrough quality. Only by putting all of this into practice will they be able to develop at a fast pace and to grow biggerand stronger.
