Analysis on Fatigue Strength of Bottom Supported Platform

采用疲劳简化分析方法和谱分析方法,使用ANSYS软件对某坐底式平台进行了结构疲劳强度的校核。根据作业场地环境条件进行了详细的工况划分,运用热点应力的谱分析法计算对关键节点进行了细部疲劳分析。结果表明,该部分结构设计符合疲劳强度要求。

The check of structural fatigue strength of bottom supported platform is ac- complished based on simplified fatigue analysis method and spectral-based fatigue analysis method with the help of ANSYS. Detailed working conditions are arranged in accordance with local environmental conditions. Fatigue analyses of key joints are carried on with the use of spectral-based fatigue analysis for hot spots. The results show that the fatigue life of the structure satisfies the design strength request.
