摘要
针对型腔模型存在多轮廓与岛屿的情况,对基于Zmap模型的粗加工做以深入研究与说明,详细阐述Zmap模型在分层切削加工中确定型腔内部轮廓与岛屿方式与过程,并对几种加工走刀轨迹做以分析比较.并给出仿真实例.事实证明该方法适用性强,系统计算快,存储量少,运行稳定.加工过程抬刀少,效率高.
For the case of the presence of contours and islands in cavity mold, In-depth study and description about the roughing based on Zmap model, using Zmap model to deter mine the contours and islands in the cavity mold, analyzing and comparing several tool-paths. The results of simulation example proves that the method is applicability and the system calculates faster, needs less memory, operates stable, has few cutter relievings in processing, and high efficiency.
