摘要
通过正交实验对培养基的优化,使鼠李糖乳杆菌(Lactobacillus rhamnosus)的活菌数达到最大.得到最优培养基为:葡萄糖13.33 g,酵母粉26.67 g,磷酸氢二钾2.00 g,乙酸钠5.00 g,硫酸镁0.58 g,硫酸锰0.25 g,柠檬氢二胺2.00 g,蒸馏水1 L.在37℃,100 rpm条件下培养24 h后细菌总数可达到1.57×10^(12)/g.在此培养条件下不仅节约成本,并且提高了细菌数.
To attain the maximum of live bacteria of Lactobacillus rhamnosus, the orthogonal experiment was usedto optimize the culture medium in this paper. The optimal medium for glucose 13.33 g, yeast powder 26.67 g, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 2. 00 g and 5.00 g sodium acetate ,0. 58 g magnesium sulfate, manganese sulfate 0. 25 g, lemon hydrogen dia mine is safe and distilled water 1 L. Under the condition of 37 ℃, the total bacterial count of 24 h can reach 1.57 × 10^12/g after 100 rpm. Under this condition,it can not only save cost,but also increase the number of bacteria.
