Construction and Development of Powered Support Technology Standard System

针对液压支架技术标准的制修订和实施,介绍国内外液压支架产品标准的概况,解析GB25974煤矿用液压支架新国家标准与原液压支架通用技术条件、立柱和千斤顶技术条件、液压支架用阀煤炭行业标准的差异,以及新标准实施对促进液压支架技术进步的作用。介绍液压支架技术标准体系及现行标准情况,提出了加强标准化工作,完善液压支架技术标准体系的思路。

Regarding the amendment and implementation of powered support technology standard,introduces the overview of domestic and international powered support product standard. This paper analyzes the new national standard of GB25974 powered support in coal mine, the original general technology condition of powered support, the technology condition of the column and jack, the differences between standards of the valve of powered support in coal mine, and the promoting effect of the new standard on improvement of the powered support technology. It introduces the system of the powered support technology standards and the current situation of prevailing standards. It brings up the idea of enhancing the work of standardization and perfection of the standards system of the powered support technology.
