摘要
为了研究不确定性因素对机构性能的影响,以球面机构杆长尺寸公差为研究对象,提出了以运动可靠性为基础的球面机构稳健性设计;运用FOSM(一次二阶矩法)对机构输出运动精度开展可靠性分析,建立了以输出误差均值和标准差波动量最小为目标函数的稳健性设计模型,运用MATLAB软件进行分析;最后,通过对球面四杆机构的建模和分析,验证了该模型合理性。
Presents a method for robust design of spherical function generating mechanisms with randomness of dimensions based on the kinematic reliability. First order and second moment method(FOSM) is proposed to analysis the reliability of kinematic accuracy, and robust design model with minimizing the fluctuation of the mean and the standard deviation is established. Then, software MATLAB is used to analysis and a numerical example is given to validity the presented method.
