处理好资源开发与环境保护之间的关系是生态哲学视域下煤炭区域生态修复效能关键影响因素。我国在煤炭开发的过程中采用的方式并不适合环境保护,长期忽视生态建设,违背生态规律。因此,造成了严重的环境问题。针对这种情况对传统煤炭开发进行反思,建立生态化煤炭开发新模式,不断创新煤炭开发新技术。对生态哲学视域下煤炭区域生态恢复效能进行分析,在理论实践过程中不断地提升煤炭开发的生态化发展效果。

How to handle the relations between resources development and environmental protection is a key factor to influence the coal region restoration under ecological philosophy perspective. The coal mining method used in China has ignored the ecological construction and been against the ecological laws for a long time, which is is not suitable for environmental protection. Therefore, it has caused serious environmental pollution problems in China. The author will reflect and analyze the traditional coal mining methods, and propose suggestions of building new model of ecological coal mining and developing new coal mining technology, regarding the current situation. The article will focus on the research of coal region restoration under ecological philosophy perspective and promote the ecological development of coal mining continuously in theoretical practice.
