摘要
为解决煤矿井下现有湿式喷浆机中存在上料高度高、喷射能力小、手持式喷头操作劳动强度大、喷管易堵塞等问题,通过增加上料装置、精确喷淋装置,增大泵送缸径和行程,改进速凝剂系统和喷射系统,对湿式喷浆机的五大系统进行了优化。同时实验了初喷+复喷的喷浆工艺。结果表明:优化后的机组在喷射能力上提高了48.15%,达到9 m3/h,堵管的平均次数由原来3~5次/班降为现在1次/班,甚至不堵管,喷浆时的帮、顶回弹率分别控制在9%、13%以内。工人上料、喷射的劳动强度得到了明显降低,主要的技术参数优于大多数国内外同类产品。
In order to solve the problems of existing coal mine wet spraying machine such as high feeding height,small injection capacity,high labor intensity of holding the nozzle,easy to plug the nozzle and so on, five main parts of the equipment are optimized as listed: feeding device is added,accuracy of spraying device is improved, size of pumping bore and stroke are increased,quick-solidification system and injection system are improved. Within all those optimization, the practice of"first spray and second spray" are carried out. The results showed that the capacity of the injection improved up to 9 m3/h by 48.15%,the average plugging number reduced to 1 time per duty even no plugging from 3~5 times per duty, the rebound rate of side tray and top tray are controlled to less than9% 、13%. The labor intensity of feeding and injection are significantly reduced,meanwhile the main technical parameters are superior to the most of existing products in the world wide.
