摘要
针对矿用线缆绝缘护套加工中出现的厚度不均问题,提出了一种基于单片机的测厚与调偏系统。在单片机的控制下,利用超声波传感器对矿用线缆绝缘护套厚度进行测量。单片机采用PID及PD算法对数据进行处理后,输出脉冲控制步进电机旋转,通过调节模套的位置,从而调整绝缘护套的厚度分布,达到自动调偏的目的。
Aiming at the problem of uneven thickness of the mining cable insulation sheathing, a thickness measurement and adjustment system based on singlechip is proposed. Under the control of the singlechip, the thickness of cable insulation sheath is measured by ultrasonic sensors. PID and PD algorithm are adopted by singlechip for data processing, and the output pulse of singlechip is outputted to control the rotation of step motor. The position of mould sleeve is adjusted, so the thickness distribution of insulating sheath is adjusted, and the purpose of automatic adjustment is achieved.
