摘要
为了解决生产过程中物料(工件)在传送与分拣环节中存在的人力成本高、生产效率低、劳动强度大等问题,基于学校实训设备,设计了一个简单有效的小型模拟自动控制系统。该系统采用了PLC、变频器、传感器、气动控制等现代工业控制技术,研究了系统的具体软硬件设计。结果表明,该系统能够有效地实现工件的自动传送,并按照不同的材质与颜色进行分拣,具有工作可靠性高、运行稳定、抗干扰能力强、精度高、无污染等特点。
In order to solve the problems of high labor cost, low production efficiency and labor intensity in the process of manufacturing the material(workpiece) in the process of production, it designed a simple and effective automatic control system based on the training equipment in the school. This system adopted PLC, frequency converter, sensor, pneumatic control and other modern industrial control technology, studied the system specific software and hardware design. The results show that the system can effectively realize the workpiece automatic transmission and according to the different material quality and the color sorting, which has the characteristics of high reliability, stable operation, strong anti-interference ability, high precision, no pollution, etc..
