摘要
协同育人是高校培养应用型人才的重要途径,是化解传统人才培养模式弊端的有效举措。传统人才培养模式存在人才培养规格单一、教学内容陈旧、"双师型"师资短缺、教学质量评价体系不完善等问题,一定程度上制约了人才培养质量的提高。华南农业大学通过整合校内外资源、搭建通识训练平台、实施本科生"校企双导师制"等改革创新措施,从办学理念、体制改革、培养目标、学科建设等视角积极探索协同育人机制,提高人才培养质量。
Cooperative education is an important way to train applied talents in colleges and universities,and an effective means to solve disadvantages in traditional talents training mode. The traditional talents training mode has some problems,such as single specification for training talents,obsolete teaching materials,the lack of "double division types"teacher. The imperfection of evaluation system restricts the improvement of the quality of training talents. South China Agricultural University explores the mechanisms of training actively and improve the quality of talents by integrating the resources inside and outside the university,building platforms of general studies,implementing the reformatory and innovative measures of "school-and-enterprise double tutorial system ", from the perspectives of philosophy of schooling,structural reform,training objectives,discipline construction.
