摘要
为克服现行体制下实验室专任教师定性考核为主,定量考核为辅存在的弊端,以实验室精细化管理为目标,以河海大学物联网工程学院实验室为视角,从实验室专任教师的岗位任务出发,探讨了实验室专任教师考核原则和定量考核办法。考核实践表明,合理确定各职级人员的总分要求、每项工作内容的单位分值和实验准备的复杂系数,并把定量考核与激励机制紧密结合,能够提高实验室专任教师工作积极性和创造性。物联网工程学院实验室专任教师考核的有效实践和经验对兄弟院校电气信息类实验室管理有借鉴意义。
In order to overcome the abuse of the existing system about laboratory full-time teacher's assessment which qualitative evaluation is primary,and quantitative assessment is complementary,this paper discusses the new evaluation principle. The principle gets the laboratory's fine management as the goal,takes the perspective of College of Internet of Things Engineering,Hohai University,starts from the job task of laboratory full-time teachers. A quantitative assessment method about laboratory full-time teachers is also presented. Assessment practices show that the laboratory full-time teacher's enthusiasm and creativity can be improved if the total score requirements of each rank personnel is determined correctly. The unit score of each kind of work is determined correctly; and the complex coefficient of each experiment preparation is determined correctly. The effective assessment practice and experience are useful references for similar laboratory's management.
