教研融合 科研实验室促进本科创新人才培养 被引量:26

Scientific Laboratory Promoting the Education of Creative Undergraduate with Melange of Teach and Research

摘要 本科创新人才培养不仅需要基础知识学习,更需要加强科研素质和综合能力的提升。基于创新人才培养目标,提出本科教学与科学研究相融合的方式,探讨科研实验室对于本科创新人才培养的促进作用。从师资队伍建设、教学资源建设、实验教学体系建设和支持创新实践活动等方面展开研究,并以力学与建筑工程学院教研融合实践活动为例,介绍了实践方法和取得的效果。研究表明,教研融合有利于促进科研实验室在本科创新人才培养中发挥重要作用。针对实践过程中发现的问题,从加强实验室安全管理和实验技术人员队伍建设方面对加强科研实验室开放管理提出了建议。 The training of scientific research quality and comprehensive ability was all needed heavily to the education of undergraduate creative talents, besides the basic knowledge. Based on the goal of training creative talents, melange of teach and research was proposed, and then the promotion effects of scientific laboratory on the education of undergraduate creative talents were explored from the aspects of constructions of teaching staff, and teaching resource and experimental teaching system were explored together with supporting the creative activities. As the practice in School of Mechanics and Civil Engineering, and the example of China University of Ming and Technology, the practice method and results were introduced. The research results indicated that the melange of teach and research took important role in the promotion of scientific laboratory on the education of undergraduate creative talents. And then suggestions on safety management and construction of laboratory technicians were proposed to the open of scientific laboratory, aimed at the questions found in the practice.
