摘要 随着经济全球化的冲击以及信息化对经营环境所起的突变效果,企业面临着前所未有的激烈竞争态势,纷纷进行战略性的业务整合,回归核心业务。在这一背景下,物流企业也将更多的精力和资源聚焦于核心战略。研究了业务整合下物流企业回归核心业务、有效细分市场、打造独特核心竞争力的策略,并提出了相关建议。 Nowadays, under the impact of economic globalization and the mutation to the corporate business environment caused by informatization, the enterprises are faced with unprecedented fierce competition and most of them are resorting to strategic business integration so as to refocus on their core businesses. Against such background, the logistics enterprises will devote more energy and resources to their core strategies. In this paper, we studied the refocusing strategy, market segmentation strategy and core competitivity strategy of the logistics enterprises and then proposed the corresponding suggestions.
