我国农产品冷链物流发展的问题及对策

Countermeasures for Problems in Agricultural Produce Cold Chain Logistics System in China

通过分析我国农产品冷链物流的发展现状,从冷链的基础设施、物流体系、行业标准、人才与技术等方面提出了我国农产品冷链物流在发展中存在的问题,并结合问题寻求解决方法与对策。希望能为完善生鲜农产品流通体系、推进我国冷链物流的发展、提高农民收入、促进农业产业化和现代化提供相关的理论依据。

In this paper, through analyzing the current development status of the agricultural produce cold chain logistics in China, we pointed out the problems in the development of the agricultural produce cold chain logistics in China from the aspects of cold chain infrastructure, logistics system, industrial standard, talent and technology, etc., and then explored accordingly the methods and countermeasures to solve these problems.
