摘要
近年来,电商物流得以迅猛发展,然而电商物流却主要存在着"微利时代"、"最后一公里"与"草莽基因"三大痛点,可以通过多元化收入、自提点和快递柜以及规范经营加以解决。同时,电商物流亦具有农村与城市相联通、境内与境外相配合以及竞速与差异相结合的发展趋势。
In this paper, we pointed out that despite the rapid development of the e-commerce logistics industry, the e-commerce logistics service providers are still the victims of the three pain spots which are micro-profit, last mile issue and grassroots origin and that we can solve these problems through income diversification, setting self-collection points and self-help cabinets, and regulating the business norm for the industry. Meanwhile, the e-commerce logistics industry also demonstrates the development trend of combining the urban with the rural, the domestic with the overseas and the speed-oriented with the differentiation-oriented.
