摘要
为了提升天津电网计量装置仓储配送网络的整体效率,将柔性配送服务模式考虑到网络布局之中,并结合物流一体化理论,建立了一体化物流网络设计模型(ILND)。模型在综合考虑设施能力约束和柔性配送模式选择影响的前提下,以网络建设费用、仓储费用和运输费用构成的网络总成本最小为优化目标,并通过模拟退火算法进行求解,实现对计量分库的选址、辐射范围以及周转站的柔性配送方案地决策。最后通过数值算例说明了模型和算法的可靠性及有效性。
In this paper, in order to improve the overall efficiency of the electricity metering devices storage and distribution network of State Grid Tianjin Company, we incorporated the flexible distribution service mode into the layout of the network, and then in connection with the logistics integration theory, built the integrated logistics network model(ILND). After comprehensively considering the capacity constraint of the facilities and the influence of the flexible distribution mode selected, we set the minimal total cost of network construction,storage and transportation as the multiple objectives of the model, and then solved it using the simulated annealing algorithm to determine the flexible distribution plan concerning the location allocation, covering radius and turnover point of the metering device warehouse. At the end,we demonstrated the reliability and validity of the model and algorithm through a numerical example.
