New progress of pathogenesis and therapeutic agents of hepatic cholestasis

肝内胆汁淤积是临床常见的一组症候群,其病因多种多样。国内外最新指南对其诊断和治疗进行了规范化建议。然而,目前对于肝内胆汁淤积的诊治仍未取得根本性突破。本文主要介绍肝内胆汁淤积发病机制及以发病机制为靶点的药物治疗研究新进展,旨在为该疾病研究领域的科研及临床工作者提供参考。

Hepatic cholestasis is a common manifestation of an etiologically heterogenous group of disorders. The latest guidelines in China and aboard have provided the normalized treatments for hepatic cholestasis. However, it is only a tip of the iceberg for our understanding of the disease itself. This review will address the new discoveries of pathogenesis and therapeutic agents of hepatic cholestasis, and provide new clues and ideas for the researchers and clinicians in this field.
