双下肢静脉血栓的彩色多普勒超声诊断及其局限性

Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and the limitations of the double lower limb vein thrombus

目的分析并研究彩色多普勒超声对于诊断双下肢静脉血栓的临床应用价值及局限性。方法选取我院自2012年11月至2014年3月收治的下肢静脉血栓患者58例与同期住院的非下肢静脉血栓患者56例作为临床研究对象,每组患者均应用彩色多普勒超声进行检查,观察并比较2组患者的二维图像特点、血管内径及管腔内血流情况。结果试验组下肢静脉血栓患者静脉管径较对照组非下肢静脉血栓患者均有增宽,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对下肢静脉血栓的患者行彩色多普勒超声检查,能够及时有效地发现患者静脉血栓的位置,准确性高,特异性强,有利于患者进行早期、准确的治疗,且操作过程安全性高,患者以及患者家属较为满意,因此值得在临床上进行广泛应用。

Objective To analyze and study color Doppler ultrasound forclinical application value and limita- tion of diagnosis of double lower limb vein thrombus. Methods In our hospital from 2012 November to 2014 March there were 58 cases of deep vein thrombosis patients and 56 nonvenous thrombosis of lower limbs patients as clinical research object, each group of patients using color Doppler ultrasound blood flow were examined, the comparison of two groups were observed in two dimensional image features, the vessel diameter and lumen. Results In the experi- mental group of lower extremity venous thrombosis patients were widened, than the control group, the difference be- tween two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients underwent color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of venous thrombosis of the lower limbs, can find the thronbosis position timely and effectively in pa-tients with venous thrombosis, with high accuracy, strong specificity which is beneficial to patients with early and ac- curate treatment, and the safety of operation process is high, patients and their family members are satisfied, so it is worthy to be widely applied in clinical work.
