脊柱原发性肿瘤的CT征象分析

CT features of primary tumors in spine

目的分析原发于椎体的肿瘤CT影像表现,讨论对该类肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的脊柱原发肿瘤17例。分别观察椎体、附件及椎间盘的病变情况,椎体破坏情况以及周围软组织的CT表现。结果骨母细胞瘤呈膨胀性改变。脊索瘤表现为溶骨性骨质破坏,周围可见软组织肿块,其余肿瘤各有其CT征象。结论 CT在明确病变部位及定性方面具有较大的价值。

Objective To analyze the features of CT in primary tumors in spine. Methods Seventeen patients with primary tumours in spine proved by pathology were reviewed, and CT features of spine, spinal accessory, inter- vertebral discs, and soft tissue around destroyed spine were observed. Results Osteoblastoma showed typical expan- sive growth. Osteoly lesions with soft tissue mass were seen in chorodoma and each of the other tumors showed its typical CT appearance. Conclusion CT can provide more information about the exact site of origin and nature.
