彩色多普勒超声在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠中的诊断价值

Efficacy of color Doppler flow imagingin the diagnosis of CSP

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析46例经手术及病理证实的剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的超声特点及临床表现。结果 46例患者中,18例超声图像表现为典型孕囊型,28例患者表现为混合性包块型。漏诊8例,占17%(8/46),分别为4例恶性滋养细胞疾病,2例不全流产,2例宫颈妊娠。结论彩色多普勒超声在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠早期诊断中具有重要价值。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） in the diagnosis of CSP. Methods The Ultrasonic characteristics and clinical manifestations of 46 cases of CSP confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed. Results According to CDFI features , of 46 cases,18 cases were diagnosed gestation type, 28 cases were diagnosed commix mass type. There were 8 cases with missed diagnosis, accounting for 17% （8/46）, re- spectively, four cases with malignanttrophoblastic disease, two cases with incomplete abortion, and two cases with cer- vical pregnancy. Conclusions CDFI is valuable for the early diagnosis for cesarean scar pregnancy.
