摘要
采用潮模砂工艺生产电机壳,生产效率低且工人劳动强度大,产品外观质量不好及清理工作量大。随着消失模工艺的推广及广泛应用,引进消失模工艺生产电机壳体,因技术等方面的限制,机制白模表面连续性差,铸出的铸件表面质量不好,并有夹渣、加砂、冷隔、变形等缺陷。本文从原材料预发,白模烘干,刷涂及干燥,组型工艺到埋箱造型和浇注方面进行严格控制,解决了消失模生产过程出现的质量问题。
The production of the motor shell produced by the given sand moht process has low efficiency and large labor intensity, then the product quality is poor and the cleaning work is large. With the promotion and the wide application of EPC, the EPC was introduced to produce the motor shell. Because of the limited technology, the machined lost foam pattern has poor surtace continuity, the casting surface quality is not good and has defects of slag and sand inclusion, cold shut and tteformation. The quality problems were solved by strictly controlling the prefoaming of raw materials, the drying of the lost foam pattern, the pattern assembling process, the molding and the pouring.
