摘要
泡沫铝夹心结构是一种泡沫铝和金属板材结合的夹芯组织,它既有泡沫铝优异的抗压缩性、吸能性、阻热性等,又兼备板材料一定的强度和韧度。夹芯板的制备方法多样,有物理的胶粘连接法、扩散结合法等,也有化学的金属冶金法还有新型的自蔓延法。在各个社会领域有重要的用途,重点阐述了在汽车工业,防爆冲击波,城市管道等方面的用途。
Aluminum foam sandwich structure is a combination of aluminum foam and metal sheets. It is not only has excellent compressinn resistance property, energy absorption property, heat resistance property of aluminum foam, and so on, it also has a certain strength amt toughness of the plate material. Sandwich structure has various methods of preparation, such as the bonding melhod of the physical, the diffusion of the knot, and the chemical metal metallurgy method.in It has an important purpose in many fiehts.
