摘要
铁铝锰合金铸件通过不同"淬火+回火"热处理工艺,可获取不同的抗拉强度、屈服强度与伸长率。本文通过铸件成分设计、计算机辅助模拟凝固与铸件性能预判研究,成功的研发出了矿用铸件——铁铝锰合金铸件,为铁铝锰合金铸件的开发积累了经验。
The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of Fe-Al-Mn alloy castings can be obtained by different quenching and tempering heat treatment technology. In this paper, the mining castings-Fe-Al-Mn Alloy alloy castings have been manufactured successfully by means of the components design, the computer aided simulation of solidification and the research on casting properties. It has accumulated experience for the development of the Fe-Al-Mn alloy castings.
