干扰素α-1b并蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗传染性单核细胞增多症的效果

THE EFFECT OF INTERFERON α-1b COMBINED WITH PUDILAN ORAL LIQUID ON INFECTIOUS MONONUCLEOSIS

目的评估干扰素α-1b并蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗传染性单核细胞增多症的效果。方法传染性单核细胞增多症病儿143例,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用干扰素α-1b肌肉注射并蒲地蓝消炎口服液口服治疗,对照组给予阿昔洛韦静脉输入治疗,两组同时给予退热、护肝等对症支持治疗。观察两组治疗后第1、3、7天发热、淋巴结大、咽峡炎及变异淋巴细胞恢复正常的时间。结果治疗组病儿症状和变异淋巴细胞恢复时间均明显短于对照组,差异有显著性（t=2.58~3.45,P〈0.05）。治疗7d后,治疗组痊愈率和有效率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性（χ2=4.77、6.13,P〈0.05）。结论干扰素α-1b并蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗传染性单核细胞增多症疗效肯定。

Objective To assess the efficacy of interferon a-lb combined with Pudilan oral liquid for infectious mononu- cleosis （IMN）. Methods This study consisted of 143 children with IMN, who were divided into a treatment group and a control group in random, Patients in the treatment group were given intramuscular injection of interferon a-lb plus Pudilan oral anti-inflam- matory liquid, and those in the control group received intravenous drip infusion of acyclovir, and at the same time, supporting the- rapies such as fever reducer and hepatoprotection were carried out in both groups. On days 1,3 and 7 after treatment, fever, en- largement of lymph nodes, angina were investigated and the time of abnormal lymphocytes returned to normal was recorded as well. Results The time spent in symptomatic relief and abnormal lymphocytes returning to normal was much shorter in the treatment group than that in the control group, the difference was significant （t = 2.58- 3.45, P〈0.05）. After 7 days of treat- ment, the cure rate and effective rate in the treatment group were higher versus the control （X2 =4.77,6.13;P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion The therapeutic effect of interferon α-1b combined with Pudilan oral anti-inflammatory liquid is affirmative in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis.
