摘要
采用热电类比理论算法对比考虑灰缝存在的墙体实际热阻和忽略灰缝的近似热阻的差值,研究灰缝对砌块墙体热阻的影响。结果表明:当灰缝热导率小于等于1.5倍砌块热导率时,实际热阻和近似热阻的相对误差小于1%,可以忽略灰缝的影响;在其他情况下,忽略灰缝的影响,将墙体近似为均质墙的算法不切合工程实际,使得墙体实际热阻明显低于近似热阻;通过增大砌块尺寸,减少灰缝宽度和热导率等方法可以有效地减轻灰缝对墙体保温性能的弱化效果。
The influence of the mortar joint is studied on wall thermal resistance by the theory method of the thermoelectricity analogy. Results show that the relative error between the actual thermal resistance and the approximate thermal resistance is less than 1% and the influence of the mortar joint can be ignored, when the thermal conductivity of mortar joint is less than 1.5 times of block thermal conductivity. On the other conditions, the neglecting of mortar joint doesn't meet the engineering practice and the actual thermal resistance is obviously less than the approximate value. Increasing the block size and decreasing the width and thermal conductivity of mortar joint can increase the wall thermal resistance.
