居住与办公建筑空调间歇运行典型模式调查研究

Survey Research about Intermittent Air Conditioning Operation Typical of Residential Building and Office Building

我国夏季空调多采用间歇运行,其运行规律受室内人员的使用习惯影响较大。本文基于问卷调查的方法研究了居住建筑和办公建筑夏季空调间歇运行的典型模式。调查结果显示居住建筑中受访者考虑舒适及经济性,空调多为分时段、分空间使用,且空调设定温度较高。办公建筑中空调开启时间相对较长,空调设定温度较低。对于两种类型的建筑,大部分受访者都在空调开启后15min左右感到舒适。同时本文在问卷调查的基础上确定了4种空调的间歇运行模式,为空调间歇运行提供了基础性研究。

Intermittent air conditioning operation mode is influenced by occupant habits. Based on the questionnaire survey method, this paper study the intermittent air conditioning in residential building and office building in summer. Results show that considering comfort and economic efficiency, the use of air conditioning in residential buildings is a ＂period of time, part of space＂. And the air conditioning set temperature is high. The open time of air conditioning in the office building is relatively long, while the air conditioning set temperature is low. For the two types of buildings, most of the respondents feel comfort in 15 minutes after opening the air conditioning. And on the basis of questionnaire survey, this paper identified four air conditioning intermittent operation modes, which provides a basic research for intermittent air conditioning.
